Hi, i got a question here. Let's say my current postpaid line is not under my name, can i do the pre-order without the line register name to do the pre-order or order process ?

how about if i want to buy the iphone on the spot with my current number, but unfortunately the number name is not register me. Do i need any authorized letter or anything ?

yes, i plan to take ivalue contract. The number is under my aunty name.

My number is the main line, just that the name is not under me. So i think i will try the authorization letter matter, i think last time i used this matter before to proceed something for maxis. Thanks

I just called maxis. The customer service told me that the only the owner of the line can sign the contract. That's mean i cannot buy the Iphone4 here

Look likes i have to ask my family in Ipoh to help me to buy the iphone4 since the account name is not under my name

So have your friends did it already ? I still thinking whether i back to Ipoh to purchase or how.

To whom who have same situation with me. Want to share something with you all.

I using the number which the account name is not under me but my parents.
I plan to changed the account number name to my name so that i can sign the contract for the ip4 without any trouble.
I just called maxis just now, it will charge me RM50 of changing the account name (what thee ), and still have to accompany by the current account name & myself.

If i want to back to my hometown ipoh to do those procedure, i think should back ipoh on 1st of October.
Do you all think the ip4 will still available until that time ?

Because i think that changing to my name to prevent inconvenience in the future, & i plan to take 24 month contract.
Once sign the contract, i'm not allow to change the name of account right ?
Still looking for some alternative way, if really cant find any way to solve, i might be ask my Aunty to queue it for me.

Now i planning back to ipoh at 1st of October, and changed the ownership to my name.
I would like to know can i done all the procedure including signing contract in MEP ? Might ask the shop to reserve 1 for me 1st.

I know the shop person, so i just try my luck and see how.
If i have time to change the ownership now, i already changed it. I have no time to back ipoh this week. If i have the time, i already back to ipoh already.

I just called the customer service, they tell me already closed for the booking.... wth !

Hi everyone, finally settle my problem after talking with the maxis customer service for almost 1 hour.
I will join the midnite booking HAPPY

I register interest under my name & my ic number. end up i cannot book it using my name with my ic but my name with owner ic number. lolz
So now i had advised to bring along authorize letter to buy the ip4 on the day itself.
