I am a hotlink user, if say I book now, am I tied down to the plan I picked? (etc. digi plan better etc.. )

Hmm one important thing, does our Facetime still rely on WiFi only? This is important as I don't want to waste money getting extra data which I am not going to use. Having the previous hotlink prepaid plan with 500MB I exceeded the data only once during my 1 year period.
