To whom who have same situation with me. Want to share something with you all.

I using the number which the account name is not under me but my parents.
I plan to changed the account number name to my name so that i can sign the contract for the ip4 without any trouble.
I just called maxis just now, it will charge me RM50 of changing the account name (what thee  ), and still have to accompany by the current account name & myself.

If i want to back to my hometown ipoh to do those procedure, i think should back ipoh on 1st of October.
Do you all think the ip4 will still available until that time ? 

Just got an email from Maxis to book my iPhone 4 during 24th & 25th Sep.

I booked 25/9 10am - 2pm at Gardens Hotel Mid Valley.  

And Maxis replied immediately via email & sms with my confirmation number.
