Really hoping no delay. I don't want the launching date to be on my Exam day. Or else i will miss the launching day and maybe no stock.

i have a feeling it'll be end of september, and the pre orders will be mid september, remember the first week and second week people going back to their hometowns for hari raya,how to do business like that, you know malaysians lah not their festive days also they balik kampung

Let say launching date is 15/09 n booking period is 2-3 weeks n then Malaysian will only get d phone on Oktober la....

just went to maxis center yesterday...their staff confirmed that maxis will launch iphone4 a week after raya..damn can not show off during raya time =P

Btw guys, the iP4 antenna issue still exist in this coming launch. New batch with fixed units will only release in October. That's when Apple expires it's free bumpers claims. For those who can wait, the October stocks will be the perfect choice. And those who can't wait, can get the existing stocks with bumpers.

One of the reasons i'm buying this so family can video call my sister who is in Thailand. Hopefully skype will have video calling support in the near future...

disappointing..not cheap at all. guess its gonna be 2490 and 2990 for the iphone4. n if u really look at d plan, its d exact same with the current 8gb 3g before the 200bucks discount.

Lol but the price here is v much determined by the 2 telcos; no?! I think it'll either be the same as i3GS or at the lowest, maybe around RM2.8k for the 32GB

*shrugs* I hear of no such rumour; then again I haven't seen my Celcom contacts for yonks!  The last I heard however (which was about a month ago) they weren't interested in the iPhone market... unless maybe Apple changed their terms?

If everything run smoothly in Maxis, they will start taking iP4 pre-orders on the 13th September, 2010. Keep our fingers crossed

did u register ur interest? well, i dun tink its dat important as any news will be posted here in dis forum. so u wont be missin anythin. and i doubt got pre order. so its a 1stcome 1stserve thingy. if the launch is on 24, just make sure iphones will be sold there in gardens and head there early.

yes i received another email after the micro sim, the email was on 13th means 5 days ago and it was about backing up your data preparing for the launch of the iPhone 4. They also mentioned the following statements:
"The iPhone 4 will be arriving any day now"
"We'll be sending you even more info on the iPhone 4 in the coming days. Stay tuned."
