if you can get a s57 then go for it...
is really BD and portability issue you have.
S57 might give u better performance due to better processor though you can upgrade the sager for sure...with extra money of cos...

This is the same guy who earlier posted:

http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=359931

If you're going to game, get a desktop. Or better, get a cheap desktop. Notebooks can heat up all too easily, and is good for people who use for outdoor work and only game occasionally, or don't play online games where it can stretch for hours.

by no way i mean offense, but i guess you need to read thoroughly for the particular forum..
on the next page of your particular quote, they have found out about modded driver, namely DOX and Nautis for benq s42
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread...t=281228&page=4
one thing is, S42 Always have problem of heat when using the original driver, under vista
note that they also mentioned their GPU switching time is ard 5-15 sec, running vista,
while mine only need 3-5 sec switching either card in Win 7.
like Monza said, pls head to BenQ thread for further details,
and the details is at the very 1st page of the thread.

this one need to confirm with ppl at KL
i trust no many shop have it by now...
even they have, is unlikely to get as low price as before..
but still worth the buck~ rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

the worth comes from the GPU... nod.gif

it's a card that's 3 gens ago, but is still decent enough for today's games...
