Referring to your e-mail dated 26th January 2010 on query on Streamyx Cook Uni Pack application, please be informed that for IPTA or IPTS students preferably 1st or 2nd year and offered to qualified Malaysian student only. However, you can apply for the promotion should you in year 4 and Malayisian student. The application can be done via the following channels:

1. TMpoint
2. Consumer Sales

Kindly note that you need to get the endorsement from HEP (Hal Ehwal Pelajar) in application form and the income parent?s household should be below RM5000.

funny , i dont understand what it means .... so , finally i can apply or cannot ?

My application failed. My existing streamyx is terminated but the new account has to await quarantine period of 1 month. No internet for me at the moment because I do not want to change my existing home line number.

My verdict: Unless you are registering this as a totally new account, or the previous streamyx is already under your name, and without any remaining contract, applying for this cool uni pack is very difficult. I have literally travelled to TMpoints for >10 times but still failed.
