i applied thru agent and she show me a brunch of application form...she told me as long as my gf still studying in uni , my application will get approved.... icon_rolleyes.gif notworthy.gif

really ? my agent told me she submitted my form on 1-2 April and tm never call me for fixed line installation ....

if they work on sunday , i guess i will ask them to come on saturday for fixed line installation and sunday for streamyx 4mbps installation .... icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif sweat.gif

i registered thru an agent in Sg long , and its now in process.. my gf currently in final year.

my fixed line application still not yet process..wondering why so hard for them to assign a number for me and install it ?

last time when i apply thru tm point , i can get my new no. in 5mins -10mins
now alredi 2-3days d..

called to 100 to checked on my application status for fixed line , they told me stil not yet process... !!! and told me to call back in 7days ... wtf

lodged a complaint to help@tm.com.my , and cc a copy to malay mail... malay mail called me and told me that they have called up TM corporate communication dept and they r now investigating my delay in installation of fixed line issue ...

called up 100 again and they told me that they are doing system migration and might having some delay...but promised me will get my streamyx activated 7-8 working days .... =.=" and he told me that my Unipack application approved d... not sure hw true is it ....

this is bullshit as a lot of forumers here managed to get this fixed line and streamyx activated d.... 100 told me that all application cant process as it is network migration and no time frame given .. wat a bullshit..
