I applied this package for a new TM Homeline. One week later still nothing. Should I be ringing up TM Point to rush them?

usually how long does it take to register a new fixed line?
*
it took me just one working day for them to come over for installation... and they told me I had to wait one whole week for ADSL activation. Wonder if that's true at all. yawn.gif

go tmpoint 'bug' them.

been calling them three days in a row already. everytime i call them they just ask for my name, IC, fixed line number and contact number. when i ask them when they are going to come, they just use the "we will contact you" line again and again. guess it's time to pay them a visit. mad.gif

went to "chat" with TMPoint staff in my area just now. they told me the application has to be sent to PJ to be processed and confirmed and it would take 1 month. WTF? i told them to hurry it up since uni holidays are around the corner and there wouldn't be anyone around my rented house by then. mad.gif

i'm sure this is just another excuse from the TMPoint staff?

Funny. I applied for mine on Monday. Wednesday the Homeline is installed.
This morning the Unipack is processed but theres no 4Mb port in area. Asked to be put on waiting list instead.
TM point cyberjaya.

Meaning, it wasn't sent to PJ to processed.

I'm gonna call them up again tomorrow. Man they are gonna be so screwed.

sad to say that you're not eligible.

i really dont know what the TM is doing. submitted the forms and documents 4 days ago but they never key in the application. i believe some of the applicants here also faced the problem. really got to complain then only they will start working.
*
i submitted 2 weeks ago still haven't key in my application online... complained through the CFM's website already. mad.gif

I guess I'm one of the not-so-lucky ones... Have been waiting for 3 weeks since my new homeline has been installed and still no streamyx, after countless calls to the TMPoint branch at my area, two visits, two calls to 100 and two complaints to CFM. Really testing my patience.

what is 'installing new homeline' mean?
I had a TM homeline previously, but cut it 2 years ago. So, do i need contractor to come my home to install the line? But i ady hav the cable and all those wiring in my hse
*
they will come over and set up a new homeline using your existing homeline port, if you have extra ones. I had two homeline ports and the one on the ground floor was changed to a new homeline.
