why the reception need ur parents pay slip? i registered the package by just fill in the blank for the household income range 1k-3k, that;s all.

think the TM staff playing game with u, u just prepare all the things included ur parents pay slip but dun show them until they ask. Actualy the process is simple, submitt the documents, sign ur big big name, then go back home waiting for the installation of the broadband, modem , netbook send over to u.

i also worry that they playing games with me... Now i'm gonna get endorsement from SAD, then will try go upgrade my normal streamyx package to uni pack... Hopefully it will successful registered.. =]

1) get the form from TM Point and get official stamp and sign by university.

3) if your current streamyx is not under ur name, bring the owner to register or write an authorization letter and photostat his/her IC.

Okay.. I just back from TmPoint..
This is what I done :
I got my application form completed and signed by the homeline owner.
I even go to my college get signed and stamped by the head of school.
Did photostating all the document needed.
So i went to tmpoint just to upgrade my current streamyx account to CoolUniPack 4mbps.

This is what tmpoint reception told me :
CoolUniPack only applicable to new registration. I must terminate the current streamyx account in order to register CoolUniPack. Terminate my account already I will need to wait for 1 month onli can register under the same homeline number for new streamyx account.

Then she said my document was not complete.
I need a confirmation letter from my college stating that i'm the student for the course in which year.
I need to bring my offer letter also
And pay slip lastly..

I fed up with the coolunipack although they free me a netbook.. cos terminate my internet connection for 1 month is not possible.. I got many assignment need to carry on.. =(

I already went to tmpoint and asked. The streamyx account is under my name.. they say cannot upgrade.. only can new subscription.. Means u have to terminate 1st..
