I'm guessing it's Tesco based on the picture. There's Tesco logo on it

I remember seeing those die-cast Tron vehicles going for around SGD 7.90 when I was in Singapore last December

Pretty much almost all the departmental stores had them back then. Maybe it was because the movie had not launched yet at the time.
