hi, i'm purchasing a 263k serviced apartment, Alianz told me i have to pay 6.7k which include the following:
1. legal fee
2. stamp duty
3. valuation fee
4. disbursement
are these fees standard?

not 100% standard, various by lawyer, but almost in that range.

Zero cost means the moving fee is paid by the bank, but the interest rate may not be as low as a non-zero cost package. Therefore, if you have enough savings to pay for the cost, take a non-zero will be better. I can help you to get to the banker from most of the banks.
