for ratio, you can ignore for that since your overclock not really far enough
but if the ratio is 2:3, you cant really overclock much since your ram is just value series(same as mine, lol and what i did is i force the ram to run below the frequency then overclock it, success overclock over 3.1GHz from 2.53, but doesn't score good in memory benchmark

the value ram will cause problem(reboot/BSOD) if the frequencies overclocked near 500Mhzx2(1000Mhz)
extreme power 500w is enough
