from E7400.. using manual OC.. can pump to 300x10.5 without increase Vcore.. unless yr mobo is not so good in OC..

with 1.2875 Vcore, u can pump yr FSB to around 333 or more ady..

Added on January 9, 2010, 10:38 amoh ya.. r u using stock cooler? 1.2875Vcore will produce quite an amount of heat.. mayb tat's y u have glitches..

if yr target is 3.0.. use manual OC.. try 300x10.. then FSB:DRAM can set 3:4 if u r using 800Mhz rams.. Vcore i think no need change, should be stable, if not stable, pump a little bit will do..

well, yr PSU need to be changed.. 230W is really.. cutting throat ady.. but before tat, u can try some other settings 1st..

wat's yr ram? after u change FSB, did u check on the FSB:DRAM divider? if u din, mayb the few MHZ extra in ram causes it unable to boot to POST..
