BTW, just check out DXN. Quite a good counter, but I still prefer Zhulian more than DXN. Personal choice. 
Of course, if short term punting, I think DXN can be a good play as financial results should be out this week or next. I'm expecting a good result from it based on its EPS growth trend and others MLM's EPS growth.  Should get a reasonable div too.

NOthing wrong with being cautious at the moment, it's always better to be cautious and pick the correct stock rather than follow the crowd. When you see something you like, only pick it up lor

YNHProp is a good prop company, i think the recent hike in market price is because of Vale International's investment in Manjung, Perak where YNHProp has about 80% of the landbank, only logical that demand for housing will rise (data from OSK research). Fundamentally it's a very good prop company, steady and still has lots of room to grow

Been looking for information about par value on wikipedia but still do not understand.

Can any sifu explain to me?

what is actually par value for a specific stock?
Stock A got 0.50 par value and
stock B got 0.10 par value.

I know it doesn't reflect the actual trading value of the stock, but sometimes I do see people saying like 'although Stock B is a 10 cent share'

Does the par value reflect any thing like liquidity?

I just know that if the share were to do a 1-1 split, then the par value will be half of its original.

If perform worst, maybe u can sell off cheap cheap and let others to buy. 
For me OSK gives good div, free sub-stocks, bonus issue, strong defensive and good growth stock.
Those who wants immediate rocket jump stock to get big profit maybe not suitable la, coz OSK is slow and steady type.
