after i have done my research throughout other thread,here come my daily routine
(08/01/2010)
-Jog for 15 mins non-stop
-Crunch for 100m
-Push up X 10
-Dumbbell lift 10X2
workout for 30mins, rest for 15mins
please comment whether am i doing it right?is my first day today, and i felt dizzy abit...
