I am thinking of buying landed house in Puchong due to i am working in Cyberjaya.

I saw an advertisement on the 2-Storey Terrace/Link Houses in Puchong tekali (free hold) around RM 280 - 300K, however i am not that familiar with Puchong Tekali i only know is located near Putra Prima Puchong.

Any comment on this location ? is it worth for own stay / investment ?
