 Selayang and Gombak feel a bit rural area

Do you think gombak and selayang is good place to stay?

I know kepong and wangsa maju are well developed.

Do you think buying condo at kepong and wangsa maju better or buy a rural house at gombak and selayang?

Quite ok.But which part of gombak? Tmn Sri gombak is not a rural area more like wangsa maju but batu 8 and above is consider rural area.

wangsa maju? or you mean jalan genting klang? setapak area?
well, i from wangsa maju and stay at there more than 7 yrs.
is well develop due to near TARC college, and LRT.

Wangsa Maju area not much can develop because all surrounding by low cost flat, the condo more famous is Metroview, alpha(old), tarc villa, which cost RM330k now but actually the unit very small and also design.

Now they develop area is at the danau kota and jalan genting klang there...

not worth to buy because all condo have be fired up the price,eg PV starting price at RM290k, like con condo, almost all the design is the same(if you notice). PV3,PV4,PV8 ...... too much density..

I was staying at Wangsa Maju also, the prices of the condo is quite high because there is no vacant land left to be developed and its lrt also play a part in it....................
You can wait for new development Melawati that will be proping up in near future as Sime Darby still had a big portion of vacant land at there.......

wat is the size & how much rental can fetch?
mostly is students izit for PV & metroview, if not mistaken PV is freehold
anyone knows abt jinjang area, any condo or students rent around there, tq biggrin.gif

If the house is cheap, i want to buy..

And also whether sime darby is realiable developer?

If TAR college moves, all these condos price will dip at least half.

I don't understand why cook so high?

Very inconvenient to stay in condo..
