well, i from wangsa maju and stay at there more than 7 yrs.
is well develop due to near TARC college, and LRT.
Wangsa Maju area not much can develop because all surrounding by low cost flat, the condo more famous is Metroview, alpha(old), tarc villa, which cost RM330k now but actually the unit very small and also design.
Now they develop area is at the danau kota and jalan genting klang there...
not worth to buy because all condo have be fired up the price,eg PV starting price at RM290k, like con condo, almost all the design is the same(if you notice). PV3,PV4,PV8 ...... too much density..

wat is the size & how much rental can fetch?
mostly is students izit for PV & metroview, if not mistaken PV is freehold
anyone knows abt jinjang area, any condo or students rent around there, tq

You can wait for new development Melawati that will be proping up in near future as Sime Darby still had a big portion of vacant land at there.......
