2012 February intake for University of Queensland.. Anyone?

hi everyone... I may be either a UQ, UNSW, or ANU student next year... most probably UQ or UNSW. Can anyone give me some info on these two universities? I will be taking mechanical engineering. Which of these is better? Can anyone kindly weigh out the pros and cons for me? Is the cost of living in Sydney much higher compared to Brisbane? Are there many Malaysians in these universities? Many Asians? Mix of culture? Thank you..

It's better not to find accommodation through websites.... which area is it by the way? If u r really considering it, compare the rental rates with others.. and it shouldn't be higher than in-campus hostel fee too... This is all i could suggest as I'm not experienced, but I've got my accommodation n will b going to Brisbane too..

Hi guys.... I'm going to UQ and will be taking a flight to Brisbane on 16th feb.. it'll be Air Asia from LCCT.. I'm wondering is it possible to bring a guitar along, as my hand luggage... meaning i carry a laptop and a guitar up the plane... two hand luggage.. I saw people doing it for domestic flights.. but what about international? Thanks!
