want to ask can we use my t.cheque to make debit card from local bank.. and which bank better

Uni of Adelaide... gosh.. actually i really don't know much about banking service since i have no one to refer.. really really hope someone can guide me here..

so.. do i need to do my debit card here in m'sia or in aussie..
