QUOTE(highwind85 @ Jan 13 2010, 02:33 PM) hey guys..wanna ask about the medical examination for the student visa..roughly how much did you guys pay? Wanna know how much money to bring when i go for the check up..Thanks.. I'd highly recommend Tung Shin. Only cost rm92 for the whole thing, and got my visa approved within a week. Try to go there early on a Saturday morn to avoid the KL jam and long queue.

Thing is it takes about 3-4 working days for the bank draft to clear. Thus, I highly advice you bring at least $1,000 cash to ensure that you have sufficient to live on. Also, remember that ya hafta pay a bond for ur accomodation (usually 4 weeks rent) and two weeks rental in advance, so bring a lil bit more.

Isn't it the same everywhere? Even back home I encounter some violent drunkards. And worst thing is, if you tell them to mind their own business, they run off and round up their gangs.
