I'm aware this being the education topic, although it should be fine as my question relates to accommodation.

In Sydney, with the Woolloomooloo area being where I go to work everyday, where would be the best place to live in? I prefer to cycle/jog to work so somewhere quiet (no nightclubs etc) within 4-6KM radius would be great.

I'm looking for a studio, with a parking space (or parking available) for around 400AUD per week excluding bills. I've looked at a few places, e.g. Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Moore Park, Newton, and Alexandria.
