not sure is there any mamak stall there

but the HK and vietname restaurant which is right beside the toilet have some good food, price around 10 - 18++

even the milk tea there aslo quite nice,at least better then the one at gold coast.

QUOTE(nimloth32 @ Apr 2 2010, 02:56 PM)
for those who studied in australia, i plan to study in australia in coming september..however, i plan to take an extra course before my study period started. Do you know what is the maximum time of gap period allowed between those two courses?

For example, if i take an english course before my main course in university started, must i make sure that the english course i took ended right before the main course in the uni started? or can i end a month before the course in the uni started?

please advise, it is urgent. thx
*
if you're talking about bridging courses, personally, i don't recommend you to undertake english bridging courses here.. it's expensive and for people who really can't speak and listen well to english

some agents do not require payments from u... like mine, he's working for several universities, to look for potential students, and sign with the agent to look for universities. They paid the agent for every application brought in by the agents

Check Auchenflower and Indooroopilly. I personally don't recommend Taringa..Dunno why I just don't like it.

You are UQ, Griffin or QUT student?
*
QUT, i prefer somewhere within walking distance of my uni.. considering around kangaroo point, west end or south bank.. though these areas are not cheap

u guys know any other accommodation search sites besides realestate.com.au?

domain.com.au is a start. I also used the UQ accommodation service (http://www.accommodation.uq.edu.au/offcampus/accommodation/search.html?lt=s), and try QUT's own accommodation service (https://www.accommodation.qut.edu.au).
thanks.. will check it later..

I can confirm the Woolloongabba exchange is AAPT unlimited ready, so for $99.95/month its all you can download. Perfect if you're sharing the connection with many housemates. I've seen people download up to 4TB (yes, terrabytes) a month on their 24/7 Unlimited Broadband Bundle.

that's what i like to see.. unlimited broadband access is my priority especially when sc2 released biggrin.gif

i thought IDP is only for IETLS... but i have consulted by some agencies at subang... sound not so convincing... that why i might try my luck by asking you guys here...

IDP organise IELTS examinations. They also help students who wishes to study overseas (particularly in OZ) by providing info and guidance.

Its not that we can't say, we could say any uni is best in particular course but what do we (as students) know no more than agencies sweat.gif
