Here's also another tip. You may find your thread 'missing' because as newer posts come along, yours gets pushed down and 'disappears'.
To make it visible for others to see again, there is a BUMP button. BUMP is Bring Up My Post. Your post will get bumped up for everyone to notice again.
You can only do it once a day though. So choose your day and time wisely. BUMPing now, will get your post up in the First page hmm say till 3am, by next morning you'd be on the 4th page or so.
So to bring attention to the stuff youre selling, perhaps an early morning BUMP or afternoon BUMP will help

Maybe that and also sometimes the search can be quite finicky. Well not always but sometimes
Perhaps you can close this thread now, go to Moderation Options, its at the bottom left of the screen, change it to closed. You can always reopen it again if you need to
