hey! i started with cocoa first too then now i trying the coffee.. my verdict is for people who can't decide which one to try first ya...

cocoa : its definitely more pleasant to taste, i would say that the coffee is definitely stronger than the cocoa.. as i started my cocoa, i've got no problems at all... besides feeling a bit light headed and sleepy ( i duno why, haha) for the first few days.. after that i've totally adapted to it even i drink very very little water ( sometimes less than 1 litre ) and not to mention that the slimming effect is great. i would say the slimming effect started noticeably on the 2nd week. after all i would say i love it very very much!

coffee : actually, it tastes good also. but actually i'm having a bit problem with it as i feel its abit stronger than cocoa, after taking coffee i didn't have appetite to eat at all and due to drinking little water, i had high fever for 3 days.. =( but, BUT! the slimming effect is quite immediate. now is my 6th pack of coffee, i'm starting to get used to eat and eat raisin biscuits when i don't have appetite cause that's the only thing i manage to go down the throat.

after all, i guess i will be sticking with cocoa!! omg dear i <3 it sooooo much.. lucky u got free me one pack... hehehe... xD

urm but my verdict is based on my own body health conditions yeah. i have a very very weak body and i weight about 45kg when i started this product. i have gastric and all (urm pls note that something funny is i dont suffer from any gastric problems with this product) up till now i dont know exactly how much i lost but after all im already underweight when i started, but the next thing i know is my pants which is already size S is falling off. hmm even my boyfriend thinks i eat too little.. lol.. overall i think problems most probably arise when WE DONT DRINK ENOUGH WATER (like me) or when the appetite suppress takes place and you're not adapted to it yet you don't eat which make all the " fainty, blur, sleepy, gastric" and all come out.. so i guess take care of yourself when you're consuming this product will be great.
