hi dear, coffee and cocoa its actually the same effect, juz tat the flavor is different. Its depend on individual preference really. If u like to drink coffee then u might go for coffee. But anyway, from the feedback from my beloved customers, it seems as coffee proven to be more effective than cocoa. Anyway, i will change to a new product from Leptin...so will let u know once the stock is in ya...
