im staying at PJ old town, if landed with good access..many foresee the next bangsar/SS2 turning into commercial. bangsar has turn into car showroom, furniture shop..SS2 is mainly wedding shops...I currently working at sec 13 PJ and housing area there is very expensive and old.

many chinese prefer to invest in landed house, they say ...
buy 2-3house cheaper than 1 commercial lot, no mafan, easy parking, never kena saman. last year ppl approch my jiran (corner lot) abt 20times asking to sell.. my house was given offer many times, but i refuse ... the longer you hold the better value.
here many combine lot, either side by side or front back..massive
PJ here has curtain shop,2nd car shop, car mech, restaurant, SPA...etc.
everything you needed & not needed is very near distance.
investment is better if your house is facing main/anchor road.
