Hello forumers, I am coming back from US this June for my summer break and I was wondering if there will be a demand for the iPads if I were to offer to bring them back.

I am reasonable and I think I could probably offer a better price to you guys than anyone in the forums. 16gb wifi costs 499 USD, sold here for 2.5k wtflol I do however would only want to COD, so I would expect customer from KL area and I expect to get at least half of the money in deposit by paypal.

Hehe I have friends here who can get it for me too. But I am thinking of just getting 5 units max for sale.

From the looks of how much an ipod touch 8gb is sold here compared to US. It seems likely that an ipad would cost RM2000 in Malaysia.

Also, I am only accepting orders up till early May. Need to take into consideration shipping etc. Currently eta in Malaysia is June 1 but depends on the flight ticket I can get.

Personally I think it's really due to the lack of stock. Apple can take forever to address customer's issues.

International iPad Pre-Orders Have Begun

Apparently the international preorders have opened but Malaysia apple store is not reflecting the change. Perhaps Malaysia is not getting it or it might be that the site has not updated yet.

Let me rephrase. I don't mean that it wouldn't come ever, just not as part of the immediate outside-US launch.
