During the Q&A @ iPhone 4.0 dev preview, someone ask if the iPad international launch would be affected by the surge of demand in US, and Steve answered 'No and it will go as expected end of this month'. Then the 24th april date might be true after all for iPad launch internationally.

I think it will be available once it's launched.
We had the same problem before Iphone was introduced to Malaysia. Anyone knows the trick to get US account? |
