Greetings fellow LYN forumer.

I`m thinking of selling one of my company owned industrial lot in Senawang.

Located in Pekan Senawang. 197 square meters.

But I`m really not sure about the market value for that area?

Currently we let our friend use it as a workshop, but now as I acquire not plot of land in KL area to be developed (farming/agriculture) so I think its better to sell this off to generate more fund.. Its too far for me anyway...

So...any of you guys can help...maybe on where should I ask about this..or anyone interested to buy it..
