your job is way high class then them cuz u are not like a dog begging people to join ur guestlist ..... your job is handle event , giving support in between company and the promoter , so if u really work i think u will be giving support between Q and Me .... cuz atm there are only 1 promoter tat bring artist to come which is me ! .....different of my position compare with marketing executive

- I m working with my own company which is Qontrol Entertaiment . So i got no salary from quattro , i m earning from events
-I m not Quattro Staff But Siswanto is good enought to offer me staff benefits and a sit in office cuz i got no office T.T. I got no working time limit.
-My job is create the best event that i could boost the sales for quattro group and bringing international artist to here .

You
-You are staff from quattro that having salary monthly , quota for F&B and allowance . Your working time is 9hrs perday, earliest to punch in is 11am latest to punch in is 6pm
-Your job is giving support between the promoter (me) and the company quattro . ETC , when your boss giving the green light that the event is confirm running u have to collect Proposal , Invoice , Terms And Conditons of payment from the promoter (me),and report to the company the progress......

the previous holder of this position give me screw until resign because he dont even know what is term and conditions .... somemore Degree holder for masscomm ...
