Opera is below average for me.

I went during New Year Eve and WOW the crowd control was sooooooooo bad and we literally had to squeeze through to pay $$ and enter the building.

When we managed to get inside, the place was so packed that it's almost impossible to move without touching other people.

The worst part is that you could see the Opera staff were still adding more tables and allowing more people to enter despite it being REALLY FULL and I feared that some kind of disaster might actually happen if something goes out of control. Thank God nothing happened that night. Not to mention that that place is quite full of ah bengs and lalas =_=.

Music wise it was okay, decorations quite nice and unique ...

I didn't really pay attention to the performance because frankly speaking I went there to drink and dance and not to watch acrobatics when I'm tipsy LOL.

Anyway, these are my thoughts, based on my observations that night.. It's been quite some time since I went back there so maybe there's improvement ? ( I swore it's the first and last time going back that place on that night )
