MW2 always crashes my whole PC when I reach a particular part of the game. always the same place. i need to power off my pc and power on again to boot into windows. cant find any solution to this.

tried with ati catalyst 10.1...then reinstall back to 9.8 but still the same.

Hello , i need help. while im playing COD MW2, i got a sudden lag eventho i got 3-4 bars for the in game ping, im still got these sudden lag, its sooo annoying, the lag are like 1-3 sec only then came back to normal, next 2-3 minutes its started again. Need Help Please );

better install the game in Steam :/

i cant seem to finish installing my MW2(without MP), bought it just now for 30. Got 2 discs and while installing the command prompt keeps popping out to extract this and that, right after 1 hour+ and it shows some 1 unknown language phrase and then it stopped just like that....any clue?

Hi, I just bought MW2 (pirated) and I installed it but I can't seem to locate the file in Prog. Files doc.

What that guy told me to do was
1.Copy Whole Folder To Desktop.
2.Run Setup.bat (I ran this and it started extracting for an hour plus)
3.Play

When it comes to step number 3 I'm clueless.. Need help. XD

im bought the original one, when i play online / multiplayer im kinda "freezed" a lot
its like 2-3 sec, kinda frustrating when im getting a nuke then got freezed
anyone know the solution ?

I think the directx error is related to graphic card or gc driver problem, cause i have 2 different GC 9800gtx+ and gtx470, when playing with 9800gtx+ there is no direct error or anything everything when smoothly but when i played with gtx470 i always seems to get this directx error when loading any mission

I have a MW2 PS3 games, but i cant play online, its keep on loading to server after i enter " multiplayer " and " join the game " , keep loading like 20 minutes also cant load in . im using streamxy 512mb wireless

I bring my Ps3 n Mw2 try at my fren house, its ok, he is using streamxy 1GB wiresless

Will it be mine 512mb streamxy cant support this game online ?

errr 512mb streamyx has very bad services for online gaming.....sure some will say it does not matter but another friend of mine had the same problem and he had to sell his mw2. try joining people's party for mw2
then ask them to que then you will get higher chances to play. i told my friend to do that last time and it worked.

Dude play on PS3 it has no lag at all seriously!! Even if your ping is bad its still smooth. I cant stand why you all play on PC. Though i have one fake MW2 on PC

Because you are using pirated version. And, FPS is designed for keyboard and mouse, not gamepads.

Go back to your Console section.
