bro.. received ur rubber pads dy(from miri).. just read ur thread and only knew that the black one is smaller.. my xbox rubber pad was worn out. after fixing ur grey rubber pad, it is so so so lose..

You can celotape some form of padding under the rubber pad...
Use your imagination, anything that creates extra volume under the rubber pad and fill in the loose gaps will be fine... |

just curious, how do u guys wear out the rubber pads this fast? i have been with my xbox since oct 2005, i game from morning till night average 8-12 hours aday until year 2010 (after this i game lesser maybe 5hours aday) im only on my 4th controller & its mostly internal hardware problem, like stick ghosting/trigger problem. all of the controller above only lose those small dots surrounding the rubber pads... do u guys bite it or what?
