Im using the htz270

I remember during buying the salesman show me the capability to select HDMI IN but using some trickery button combination in the remote control.
After few month i bought can't seem to recall how to do it.
1)Any one got idea how to do it? what to press on the remote? as it is not stated in the manual.
2)And any idea whats the function for HDMI IN? Can we use for let say PS3 audio out in this case?

I really don't think that feature exists...

Err... have you tried going back to the sales man to ask him?

Yeah i did but he quited already man..and there is no Pioneer rep that time.

You dont belive it right? But i saw it my eyes he actually shifting HDMI IN and Out!!!
I remember is like pressing 3 button at the same time.

Tell me not many knows this feature.If i add PS3 i might get the sound! i was so impress by this finding thats why i bought it.

But the manual did not state it..

Hopefully someone knows and read this can share.

Press Shift+Setup, use the arrow keys to navigate. You should find from Sound Field to HDMI In settings. The best part is to read the manual, it's interesting and useful to know what your home theatre system is capable of.

But you think change to HDMI in will i get the sound signal from PS3?

ps3 hdmi to TV ..Home theatre to TV.. then sets to HDMI IN.what you think?
