I'm first time do the trade so i don't have experience, so i posted the spec and the with the price rm390 on mobile 88 1 and half month ago, then i received 2 difference mumber of sms saying "i wanna buy the t700 phone, how can i reach you" and " is the T700 phone still available ?" 2 weeks ago and now there guys called me which is chinese indian mixed and he wanna buy the phone too, he say he can't find the SE T700 on the market so i asked him called back on tuesday 5/01/2010 and he also says he only can make deal after working time. what to do now? my mum say maybe he is trying to get my hp and runaway or maybe he'll kill me to get the phone, i and he haven't say anything about dealing location yet.

I think it's the other way round?
If you are very afraid then just get a friend to accompany you.

If they intent to highjack or steal they will plan everything.. i affraid they will pull out some small knife or dragger and friends also can;t do anything and ill lose my phone =(

Try to find company or find a place where there are crowds for COD la.

Bring ur mom together when dealing...

COD in a police station ... even if the buyer is planning to rob you, he wouldn't dare do it at the police station.

You decide the place , do not let him decide then. Choose shopping complex, say you are having dinner there, so gotta meet there or something =)

Haha bro when i'm 1st time dealing with people also worried about that, but now i had already deal for many times, so now no more worried about that.

You actually can try bring your friend when dealing with him, or bring your parents, or try to COD at any place that having many people.

Just becareful when you having your deal with him.

and they are just absolutely RIGHT! So the main question here is, if you are so afraid of folks killing you and robbing you and throwing you down in the drain when you'd be swallowed up by dragons and then muched up by goblins, why woud you even post for sale the phone in the first place. Simply, you'd like to sell it off yes ? Then take precautions, bring a friend, do it in an open environment, make sure you check out the character who is buying and that he cant/wont run away with the phone when you put it in his hands. Make sure the payment is legit. Graciously say thank you and walk nicely away and congratulate yourself on a well done deal. Else just sell to a shop, who would NEVER EVER cheat or kill you yes ?

I do apologize, I dont mean to be sarcastic, but your not in the right frame of mind i believe, advertising for sale and screaming for help once a Chinese Indian Malay Mat Salleh Girl Man calls you on your phone?
