Hi i am new to property
are there any new project in Sri Petaling? What about the quality of the current residential area ? My budget is around 500+k looking for double storey.... for own staying . Anyone can advice me ? I am open to other alt as well |

You can try to look for the double storey terrace between Sri Petaling and Happy Garden. You can saw it on your left when you pass by SenQ Electric or SMK Sri Saujana to Happy Garden. Just finish build up only. Look very nice too.
Price i think about RM600k+-. Maybe you can take a look at it. |

Taman Esplanade got two unit front door facing right to the main road, feng sui SUPER NO GOOD, try to get a good bargain, than get a good fung sui master to make adjustment.......
haha u are now staying in the same housing area with Andy Lau's in law..... kakakakakkakakak |
