Details of the complaint :Buy a hp from him on october,after 4 weak the hp not arrive.So i pm her she suprise and will check that after she finish her job.Then after that she come said that the parcel were damage at pos laju.She ask for refund beside that change with other hp.So i not in hurry wait for the new deal change the model hp.Maybe about 2 month i wait for her stock arrive because she said she need more time do settle her job n waiting for stock.i give her face since she has good record on his topic.Then on Dec i cannot wait anymore asking refund,since then she always came with many excuse & prob she has. After that she admit that she also been cheat by his friends.So What the FFk i need know her prob there,she must responsible for other buyer if she is responsible seller is that correct? I give her a lot of time for 3 month already + plus 1 month been paid That really give a lot time to fund.Since now no refund been paid for me,what she give is many excuse & liar promise and now already off the hp.So any member deal with her can give some more info here.Wanna take an action.If have any pic of her that will helpfull

u have 2 options..

1) wait for seller to get a new stock and pos to u

or

2)Proceed to make a police report..

better u take option no 2..

because what i see here this case pending from 06.10.2009..

that my opinion.

good job eteam bro.. hehe.. currently have a address just direct go find her and ask for refund.. asking few buyer as well.. bcoz i think still have few is same as u.. delay postage and refund.. however take advice from preluder84 go make police report and ask the detail..

Me also kena. Rm980. Im helping my friend buying 3 units samsung omnia from nikki. 2 units faulty bat. One unit really faulty cannot use. I sms her she promise to send me new bat. But til now no news. So i just gv my friend the money cos wait two months no news. And the other hp she askd me to resend it to her so she can fix it n omost 4 mnths edi dont send back my fwen hp n im the one get blamed for it n i paid my froend the 980 just to keep her mouth shut. Then nikki sms me will refund the money. But till now no news.. sirry so many typo cos ol using my phone only...

got her address then go hunt her down ... can pick anything u like in her house

She also owed me RM 350 for SE C902, pay me back only RM 50, promised to pay back every month but it's been almost two month's, no news from her, sms to her but no reply from her.

This is interesting... TS didnt bother to read throughly through the seller's topic; other peoples have dispute on the seller too. I see that the seller was doing a proper business at the beginning. Then when she's about to quit, she turns and starts doing a crappy job. Many she was about to quit from her company?

1. The seller has not been online since 19th November 2009 - 12:11 AM. Isnt it kinda late to get any proper resolutions?
2. Why are they other buyers but this problem is not brought forward? Eg: ethan4484 states that he/she did not receive a memory card from the seller
3. Have TS made a police report?















Why r u demanding for mods? We are not paying them and therefore they do not owe us anything.

N then why i start to ask hacking stuff, mods give me warn star? These are their responbilities to keep foruming and trading safe. Uh sorry if hurt any felling but i didnt want to c lyn become scammers hideout like others online trading site. But im not put the jobs only to mods. Forumer should also google seller bankin details as there are members who provide this. As political say, we cannot prevent crime but reducing it is a must.

i have deal with her before... on October 09 too... buy 1 unit of SE W550i... the item safely arrived at my home... got no problem with her phone (maybe i'm lucky that time )

Sigh, it's sad her business etiquette has turn out this way. I've have my dealing with her before Oct 2009 and everything seems to be okay. Unfortunately, I've returned my phone to her for some repairs and it hasn't come back since. And this was like mid Nov, this was like when her phone was still reachable.

Guess I would have to make a police report as well.
