Even i would have the same view with razer,not only me having issues with their mouse, even a few of my other friends. You were not polite when that dude actually commented on razer .Anyway from the way i see the replies, it was you that is unhappy with the other user's reply.

well technically both of you two were rude.
1. he mention razer suck ass, he is in the wrong.
2. The rest of his post is his personal view and you used it to attack him ...and you should not have called someone retard just because he/she hates or claim razer sucks. even if you guys wanna argue, do it in PM like what XiuKeong mentions. Lets all stop it here ok.

not telling you not to make noise, just don't make it a personal attack against the user . chill a bit. Razer stuff are good but recently their QC seems to be not that good as they use to be. newer mouse like DA or Lachesis always got issue (i having issue with lachesis and 2 friend of mine who owns a DA had their mouse died suddenly.)

@Michaelbyz23, you could like complain to lowyat management about their rude staff? anyway sometimes ALL IT has some rare stuff other shops don't have. don't think you wanna get blacklisted there. Erm i work in lowyat and nope, those shop there won't do like that so no worries

maybe you could try with center court downstairs? Lowyat Plaza counter, see if they can assist you. Well as in black list, they won't pakat cause most of the shops are own by different boss . How do you know the mouse is there already when they never inform you yet? there must be something you did that made them furious or something. Anyway i also having issues with my Lachesis...sigh...gonna swap/try another brand i guess :/..
