anyone else that have razer megalodon had problems with the blue lights?at first the blue lights at the sound card will not lit up properly.n now both the lights at the side of the earpad wont light on too.

Anyone else having problem with razer megolodon. The blue led snake light at both earpad of my headphone seems to went out 1-2 weeks after purchase and using it.I even went to ban-leong for 1-1 warranty exchange(had some stupid issues while trying to exchange it) and the new unit works fine for a week or so.After that the same problem occurs.the blue light at both side of the earpad went off.

all other functions of the headphone is fine.just the blue light went out after 2 weeks of usage on both unit.anyone else have the same problems or any solutions?

as you can see from the picture,the light doesnt lit up.you can compare with the light at the external sound card.

yes.my megolodon is completely out of light at both sides of the headphone.and it happened twice.one with a new set i bought in pc fair in penang.the light went out around 2 weeks of usage.then i went to ban leong for warranty exchange and get a new set.around 1 to 2 weeks the same thing happen.

heck I didnt even do or use that headphone much for gaming or music.All i do is plug it on all the time.But i do notice that even if I turn of the pc, the light on the sound card is still on. I tried googling and found no one else had this problem.

Even if i try to plug it in to other pc or laptop now,the light is still not functioning.Not going to change it for warranty again cause not comfortable with the services at ban leong.

nope.I used 2 different port.The headphone is fine for the first few weeks.But after 2 weeks without unplugging it,the light went out.

I do think the problem lies with my pc but I cant pin point where because all my other stuff connected to the pc is doing absolutely fine.(webcam,reclusa n deathadder). Is is possible somewhat the voltage/current that flow into my headphone is too much thus making the led malfunction?Something wrong with my mobo or usb ports perhaps?

having a bit of sound problems too.If i didnt restart my pc after 24 hours or so,I can hear static sound both from the speaker or headphone.Had to hard reset it to make the sound clearer again.already update the driver+megalodon driver still the problem occurs.

using p7d55d asus mobo.

sigh.I spend 500+ on a headphone and wish to enjoy every aspect of it.guess just have to live with the function and put the aesthetic value behind
