hi guys, I mostly use my mouse for simple web surfing and dota. Which razer mouse should i get? i'm aware that a normal logitech rm50 mouse would be sufficient for me but finger itchy to get a razer mouse.

RAZER KRAIT 1600DPI GAMING MOUSE
RAZER SALMOSA 1600DPI GAMING MOUSE
RAZER DEATHADDER 3.5G GAMING MOUSE
RAZER ABYSSUS 3500DPI GAMING MOUSE
RAZER ABYSSUS - MIRROR EDITION 3500DPI GAMING MOUSE

basically i've set my sights on these 5 mice. which of the 5 is the best for dota?

Razer Abyssus. I'm using one, and before buying that, i meddled around with the Krait and Salmosa.

Krait and Salmosa are basically last gen mice, no point getting them now. The Abyssus practically replaced them in the budget department. The DeathAdder is a good buy though, good comfort level and 2 thumb buttons for macroing might be handy.

Thanks for the replies.

Ok I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but how can I compare the Razer Abyssus and the Kinzu Steelseries?

I've narrowed down my choices to these two mice.

Both of them are in the same league. Entry level gaming mice by 2 major gaming peripheral companies. Quite comparable in terms of pricing and usage, I got both.

I still prefer my Kinzu though.

Ok, since I'm only playing DotA, I doubt I'll need the higher DPI. Am I right in this sense?

Personal preference i guess.
If I only on dota and no other games, I would just use any normal mouse.

If i am playing a variety of games, likely shooters or rpgs, I would choose a higher dpi mouse with extra side buttons for skill/spell configurations.

Also higher dpi makes moving cursor across screen easier if you have 30" or more tv monitor ;p

When dotaing, I rather get a gaming keyboard as I need high polling rate to allow me enter alot of stroke at the same time ..

I used hotkey(simplest version 1) and supporter in Dota (so got alot of active item).I need to use alot of thing in 1 shot ( and fast too).

Mouse with high dpi may help you to click on fast hero(and small too) like bh and lycan.

high polling rate doesn't mean u can enter alot of stroke at the same time...what u nid is the anti-ghosting keyboard...

Anti-ghosting is a technology not every keyboard has. Those that have it, allow any keys pressed to register.
