and oh yea... i was there when there's one person who complained bout megasoma i think. he said his mouse cursor will move itself when being placed on megasoma. then razer promoter ask him to bring back to warranty.

oh one thing i noticed bout abysuss is that the razer logo doesnt glow. it stays there lighted all the time..

i like the design and everythin bout abyssus, except the absence of side buttons. the mouse size fits my hand nicely

i din buy. i tried it at pc fair. yes its rubberised.
comfortable and simple for me.

guys, does razer booth ppl ask customers to open their razer product straight away at the booth to test for faulty? i mean the customers who just bought the product.

like lets say mr A bought razer abyssus. then the booth ppl ask him to test it out see got faulty onot. no such thing right? and so many ppl, how to open and test?

i bought an abyssus mouse through a fren's fren. he said its open, he tested at booth, scare got faulty??? LOLZ! i bought many razer products and nvr tested it on the spot. and why would he even care for whether its faulty or not? i believe he wants to test it himself and see whats inside the box. so how should i deal with this prob? just reject the item? or how? i wan do the unboxing video and picture. but now becuz of that CI***. i cant do it anymore.

that is definitely the mouse problem since u said other systems also cannot detect the mouse.

i tried both kinzu and abyssus. both only got 3 buttons so equal. im lookin for mouse that is not so expensive but with side buttons. since i cant get a decent mouse with side buttons at my budget of rm130, so i resort to 3 buttons, which is kinzu and abyssus.

tried both at pc fair. i prefer the rubber coating of abyssus and the clicking pressure. then i also prefer abyssus' teflon feet more than kinzu. kinzu is very rough and hard to move smoothly. but abyssus can move smoothly wif its teflon feet which is same with other mice like DA and imperator.

so, i choose for razer. but why everdying doesn like abyssus?

so yea, i will not take kinzu for its poor feet and no rubber coating. and kinzu doesnt fit my hand somehow. the size is almost same with abyssus. but i find abyssus quite comfy. can fight with mamba in comfort wise actually. but still mamba wins.

another thing i like about abyssus is its mechanical adjust for dpi. that is the most important thing i look for in a mouse. and my next 2 choices would be orochi and roccat pyra. unfortunately,they are too expensive

Added on April 20, 2010, 12:19 amand yeap, kinzu cannot be customized for that button. it allows u to switch between two different DPI. which is worse than abyssus. abyssus allow u to change between 3. but depends on ur preference. mayb u like to switch between 100 and 600 dpi, this is allowed by kinzu. but not abyssus.

i was surprised when i first saw it. but i don really mind. i wan a simple mouse for me to carry and use everywhere i go only.. mamba not easy to be carried around. hehez... kla, i think i go for abyssus.. abyssus buttons can be customized, which is a win-win situation over kinzu again. sorry yea.. hehe and it has gold platted usb cord. at price of rm129, it comes with full retail box. kinzu only comes with full retail box at rm159..

nope. some lyn garage sell only rm139. mayb can get some discount.
and those selling @rm139 have their own retail shop. they offered me the best price of coz.. need to pm and ask one.

why do u prefer copperhead since it does not come with rubber coating? isit because it offers 4 side buttons and the size is bigger + fits better? or got any other good thign about copperhead that beats all the mouse xD

oh ya! i recommend, highly recommend for vespula if anyone's lookin for hardmat. dam smooth, even with the control side. liek it so much when paired with orochi. really nice and excellent quality. i hate megasoma ugly, rough, and not nice feeling to my wrist skin.. sorry yea. really don like megasoma. THATS MY OPINION AGAIN.

softmat goliathus is the best. hardmat vespula beats all including destructor.. hehe... vespula wrist rest is just perfect.

i think i wont be gettin orochi liaw even though i increase budget. its too small and i can sense that it will be uncomfortable for long period gaming.. don really like small mouse like orochi though.

salmosa us version does not have drift control if im not mistaken. somemore its and old version. the abysuss is newever and refresh + have glowing logo
