As we all know that Michelin Tyre is come with a 6 year warranty since the date of purchase.
Mind to share your experience? such as what is the procedure, and did they give you temporary tyre replacement during the period? Anyone fail to claim the warranty?

Michelin recently bought back my tires for 75% of the value. Used it for 60,000km & 3 years when it became unserviceable, bulging center groove/out of shape/broken belt?/no accident. Apparently for yet to be determined root cause.

Tire dealers/distributors/retailers do not profit from warranty claims, they sell tires to make profit. That's why they're not that helpful. I contacted Michelin directly. Then they assigned a sales rep to see me.

u mean wordings on the sidewall? NO. The part of the rubber in contact to the ground has grooves, one groove was bulging -whole circumference.
