I'm looking around in Selayang, Batu Caves, Gombak and Kepong to purchase a unit, possibly medium/high end, for investment and I've been going through the following projects:

Selayang Springs Condominium
First Residence
Platinum Victory (new phase)
Semarak & Penaga Condominium
3 Residen

I would really appreciate if you can give me pros and contras on these properties to help me out in my decision.
