Sorry if this is a dumb question, as this qwerty.com.my online PC hardware retail site is still up. However I recently leave a message asking about payment (what to do) but I got no reply. I PM their representative user here at lyn, and also no reply from him. sweat.gif

So anyone knows if they are actually still in service? unsure.gif

And btw, if anyone got deal with them before, what to do after bank in money? How to notify them about our payment? Their website didn't give any details on what to do after payment.

Thanks smile.gif

ps: qwerty is the only online retail site I know of that carry the DDR3 Corsair Dominator RAM I'm looking for, so I dont know of other choice yet. But this RAM is very expensive, can't afford to lose the money. Thats why I want to comfirm if they are still in business at all sweat.gif

Edit: I've successfully bought an item from them. Service was great

At last something about qwerty.com.my ..Any news yet? I was just about to order frm that site .. Been in and out the site surveying the price for the last couples of day ..but I wasn't convinced enough. Im from S'wak.I don't mind those xtra delivery charges as long as it is safe and trustable.

About ur pm to them.. probably they don't answer on weekends? Bcos nvr seen them online either on their 'live help chat'.

Anyway. who is their representatvie here in lyn?

Just want to update on this topic, in case anyone search and read this some other time.

I've successfully bought an item from them. The service is very good, bank in the money on Tuesday morning, item arrived today evening (Wednesday). Item was package well too.

For future reference, you guys should contact them by calling their hotline number. Don't leave any message at their online help, for some reason I was unable to reach them through there.

Just call them up, they have been very helpful when I did.

Definitely will deal with them again in the future

I've made 2 purchases from QWERTY websites.. yes some of their item abit expensive but it's hassle-free and good especially if you're really in need to get certain items in a short time..

IINM, you don't have to notify them.. but just save a snapshot of your payment in case something happen... you'll get email from them when they received the order, received the payment, and when the item sent to you..
