My Astro B.yond just installed 1 hour ago.  I am in Kuching, Sarawak.  Feel not bad and improve a lot. 

But when I set setting in Home>Settings>Installation Settings>HD Settings when I choose 720p or 1080i, the screen become very big and some manu become unreadable, why?  Only default 576p is ok. 

I am using Panasonic FullHD Plasma P42S10K.

Should I restart Astro B.yond decoder?

Don't work.  Because my default setting for TV is 16:9.

looks like torx screw. my old philips decoder uses that too

I'm Not Using Monster HD Cable but when i use my 24k gold plated hdmi cable.....the sd channels become much more clearer......and the hd channels have also some slight improvement..........Dark Knight on HBO HD really got diff......Can see the jokers paint very detail.... .....also if i use the astro hdmi cable....the picture will be slightly blurred when there are too much action....but with my other cable...picture is more smoother...

hi,sorry guys wanna ask something,i found out when i using 576p and 720p picture more clear compare to 1080 when watching sd channel,(using 40inc lcd fullhd)just my eyes or its true?u all people realy advance than astro customer service.s1 n s2 i really dono wat is it.cannot follow.

If my TV is a CRT and want to change to astro b.yond, would the signal be better than previous decoder? I mean i might to wait on better price on LCD tv...

Well, 10 days of waiting for installer actually, not within 10 days!! 

Wonder y other ppl get their b.yond so fast not less than a week from register,,, 

In Astro B.yond, FIRST LUCK FIRST SERVE actually..

Maybe they have problems transporting the b.yond sets to Malaysian Borneo via a shipliner... I mean acroos the south china sea.. The delivery will be fast if they used MAScargo...     

too bad my dad may install it if it support full HD, because HD still can see the line if sit 4 meter infront of it for a 32 inch
