add me in pls. in kuching, sarawak. got byond install this morning. need to upgrade my LCD coz no HDMI. currently using component cables. tv shows 576i. however no happy coz they use and install dish same as old model. installer said new dish out of stock but can use old dish. is this correct?

is there any different using old dish and new dish? anyone can explain? installer installed brand new dish but old model not the one as shown in astro website. how to complaint? take picture as proof?
