Here my experience w assthrow.
2 Jan brought the Plasma Panasonic TV at 7.30pm 2 Jan 9.30pm rec the TV 3 Jan watch TV for 12 hours (on & off) 3 Jan register on-line for Beyond (10pm) 4 Jan rec call from CS 6 Jan rec call from installer at 1pm, asking me if can come at 1.30pm - tell them sori nobody in 7 Jan 5.00pm install. Change the dish but didn't change the cable. Claim it the same type. On the spot can watch HD But can't watch HBO. The installer take back control box, remote control and the RCA cable. But leave behind the 20 meters cable. Say belong to me. |
