just got my installation today after 1 week application

my question is:
for all HD channel, they dont have subtitle for them?
i got HBO,NGEO and HIST

in normal channel, have malay subtitle
but when turn HD channel, dont have subtitle

other ppl also like this?

that not good for me....

signal is good for me...
old decoder got 78 from 100
new decoder 222 from 255

after put signal amp
i got full signal 255

i bought from astro installer 6 month ago...
that thing will boost your astro signal
for normal decoder (old decoder) boost up to 12...from 78==>90
beyond decoder from 222 ==> 255

yes that thing will boost your signal
can watch even in hujan lebat

they not offer yet
only national geo & history in learning package

i dont know where to buy in market because i bought with astro installer when he come to my house repair my satellite dish before
i bought RM60-RM70...forgot fix price

what is EPG?

my installer set #18 to me

i have no problem with EPG with set to #18

go to installation setting at home menu then put 0000 as default pin then click next

call CS then ask them....then please update here what they talk about this...

why my astro beyond always hang?
"C" , "2" "3" letter always appear on decoder when my astro hang
sometime blank for all at my decoder
must switch off my decoder but sometime after switch off and when want on again...the problem still happen
