Technical [help] Xbox360 elite 120gb, dvd tray cannot open

hi guys.

I also have the same problem, but it happens when i put my xbox in vertical position. you could try knock the dvd drive SOFTLY and Gently with your finger or try "jentik". it may sounds funny but you could try. but if it still wont open, best for you to send it to shop.

This might sound stupid. But did you remove the DVD tray sticker? It prevents the DVD drive from accidentally opening.
