if the shop is big must have a section for forumers to use the LY forum. coz sometimes when ppl cod then cant find ppl n worry abt whether they got pm o not.

i think the main important aspects in the new store should b that the customers are able to feel n test products.
some ppl tats not so hi-tech aso may feel shy to ask around.
best if they can ttest/touch it themselves.
many of my friends actually go to sri n all IT just to feel the product, then decide to buy somewhere else where the price is better.

i wonder got tandas o not inside the new c-zone.

then in the toilet put sum products to test aso!
maximise the room usage.

hope they allow ppl to use the service lifts la, no need jam like lyp every weekend.
